colour coding using photo sensor

in this application we use a color sensor to distinguish between several kinds of bottles and the photocell has many outputs and every output will be actuate when its color comes and make a reject system push the bottle to each desired channel.

mark detection using photo sensor

for packaging we use contrast sensors. here the photocell will be taught to read the black mark and background and when the mark comes it will make a contact to cut the roll of the packaging sheet.

target detection using proximity sensor

we use proximity switch to sense the presence of a target such as a rod of a cylinder.
